YEAR-END ACCOUNTS & COMPANY COMPLIANCE

We prepare accounts for sole trades, partnerships and limited companies. For limited companies, we can prepare your statutory accounts for submission to Companies House ensuring the minimum disclosure is available on the public record.

Our accounts preparation service is quick, efficient and accurate. We will ensure that a finished set of accounts is available within two weeks of us receiving all your records.

We understand that managing a company comes with more compliance requirements then just filing accounts. We know that as a small business owner you need your accountant to work with you providing support and not just meeting the deadlines, which is why all our year end packages include the basic compliance and support every company needs. We include as standard in all our company and compliance packages:
