COMPANY INCORPORATION & SECRETARY SERVICES

We provide a quick and efficient incorporation service with most companies formed within one business day. All we need from you is to complete one form with your personal details and we’ll take care of the rest. If you also take up our company compliance package we’ll incorporate your company for free.

We offer a range of company secretarial services from share transfer forms, maintaining statutory records and filing forms with Companies House.

Our company compliance package comes with basic company secretarial services included and as part of this we will submit your annual confirmation statement for you as well as paying the £13 fee. We’ll also complete stock transfer forms as part of any tax planning and file appointments and resignations of company directors with Companies House.
